It reads your description (rooms, sizes, extras), turns it into a room program with typical sizes scaled to your total square footage, and lays rooms out in zones with a hallway, doors and windows. “Another layout” rearranges the same rooms.
Can I set exact room sizes?
Yes. Click a room and type a width and length — 12'6", 12.5, 3.8 m or 380 cm all work. Neighboring rooms snap to the new walls.
