Questions people ask
Do credits expire?
Starter and Project Pack credits never expire. Pro gives 300 conversions each billing month; unused ones don't roll over.
What if a conversion fails?
If the AI can't find rooms or errors out, the conversion is refunded automatically — free or paid.
How do I cancel Pro?
Use the link in your receipt email to manage or cancel; Pro stays active until the end of the paid month.
Why is text-to-plan free?
It runs in your browser with our own layout engine, so it costs us nothing per plan. Sketch and photo conversion uses a vision AI model that we pay for per image.
Refunds?
If something didn't work, email us within 14 days and we'll refund unused credits.
